雅思大作文範文三篇

  雅思大作文範文一:成功是冒險嘗試還是小心策劃?

Probably one half of success is associated with being bold enough, and the other half with goodstrategies that are the important 50 percent. Without careful and cautious planning, you wouldnot even know what to do with luck accidentally coming from taking chances or risks. In anyrealm of life, to road to great success, however, is both setting goals with courage as well asworking hard with perseverance.

Chances of success may increase by taking risks without fear of failure. Ever so often, whereveryou see a successful business, it could be someone who once made a courageous decisiontoward ultimate goals. It seems to show that boldness has power, or even magic, in it. Storieshave been told about personalities who have done big things were those who were not afraid totake chances, and who were not afraid to risk failure in order to gain success. In other words,to achieve greatly, you should dare to fail greatly. Based on this perception, if you are notscared, embarrassed or hurt, you would ignore the penalties of failure, but instead onlyvisualize the rewards of success.

Being bold, however, is no guarantee for being successful in any event. Although there maybe little doubt about better chances of being lucky for being partiocularly bold, in general thesecrets to success must include strategies--careful and cautious planning without giving can be seen that people of ordinary ability sometimes obtain extraordinary successexactly because they do not know when to quit. Indeed, most people succeed due to the waythey carry out their strategies, always with determined patience. To put it simply, people withstrategies can succeed because, with consistency of purpose, they know where they are nge and yet true, if you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you. As such, who knows that you would not meet a success unexpected in common hours?

What with daring actions or, more importantly, what with well worked-out strategies, peoplecan gain success one way or the other. One thing, however, is sure: failure means dreaming tobe lucky while fearing to attempt and not doing anything worthy of life. Perhaps you do notknow the moment when luck will come, but you certainly know that one must have strategies toexecute one's dreams for success.

  雅思大作文範文二:Education: Losing Its Value

Today, more and more people are attending thirdlevel education, and many go on to post-graduatedegrees. People specialize in subjects that were notdreamed of a century ago. However, the result hasnot been an increase in real knowledge, but acheapening of education. In this essay I will discusshow education has become devalued.

Education is now something that can bepurchased. Like a powerful new car or an architect-designed house, a degree or a post-graduate degreehas become a luxury that everyone wants. But when everybody has something, that thingbecomes worthless. Gold is sought after because it is expensive and hard to find, but ifeverybody changed their attitude to gold, its value would drop.

In the same way, education, like the currency of a bankrupt country, is becoming devaluedas more people have degrees. It takes ever-higher qualifications to get a job. Once a degree-holder was respected and listened to. Now he or she is just another job-seeker or employee.

One effect of the rush towards degrees is that knowledge becomes less important. Otherfactors, such as influence, are more central in getting a job or a promotion when everyone hasa qualification. A further point is that people lose respect for themselves. Since everybody hasa degree, even degree-holders feel that what they have is almost worthless. More seriously, the pressure to have degrees results in a drop in quality. When thousands of people study ina college, the professors cannot possibly maintain standards. Furthermore, we need to questionwhether advanced education is suitable for everyone. Does our entire population really needto spend years in school and college just to do fairly simple jobs?

In conclusion, there are many negative aspects to the increased emphasis onqualifications. If we want to maintain the value of education, we need to examine the emphasiswe put on degrees.

  雅思大作文範文三:Best Route to Success

When they finish school, teenagers face thedilemma of whether to get a job or continue their education. While there are some benefits togetting a job straight after school, I would argue that it is better to go to college or university.

The option to start work straight after school is attractive for several reasons. Manyyoung people want to start earning money as soon as possible. In this way, they can becomeindependent, and they will be able to afford their own house or start a family. In terms of theircareer, young people who decide to find work, rather than continue their studies, may progressmore quickly. They will have the chance to gain real experience and learn practical skills relatedto their chosen profession. This may lead to promotions and a successful career.

On the other hand, I believe that it is more beneficial for students to continue theirstudies. Firstly, academic qualifications are required in many professions. For example, it isimpossible to become a doctor, teacher or lawyer without having the relevant degree. As aresult, university graduates have access to more and better job opportunities, and they tendto earn higher salaries than those with fewer qualifications. Secondly, the job market isbecoming increasingly competitive, and sometimes there are hundreds of applicants for oneposition in a company. Young people who do not have qualifications from a university or collegewill not be able to compete.

For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that students are more likely to besuccessful in their careers if they continue their studies beyond school level.
