越南向受反華暴動衝擊外資公司提供援助
Provincial governments in Vietnam have offered around $12 million in tax refunds as well as advance insurance payments to foreign companies hit by last month's anti-China riots, as Vietnam works to rebuild its reputation as an attractive manufacturing hub.

Vietnam said the oil rig is deployed within its 200-nautical-mile exclusive economic zone while China has said its state-owned energy company was conducting normal operations in its waters. Taipei said last month that at least 200 Taiwanese-owned factories were looted or burned down in the rioting.
